About Our Customer:
Our customer is a company that builds a cloud platform for keeping and editing print marketing materials. International companies provide their representative offices and distributors access to print marketing materials kept on the platform, followed by printing in local print-houses or delivering. Among large enterprises using the platform are BMW, Lufthansa, Luxoft, HBM, Hexagon AB, Miele.
The platform is used for printing brochures, posters, and for event support information. That’s why testing and quality control are an important part of a development process. A distributed team, whose developers are located in 12 countries, is working on the project.
Polytech Software has been engaged as an independent quality control expert. We ensure manual testing and perform automated testing. For the product we test third-party system integrations, API, file processing systems for printing; quality of printed materials and an order payment system.
We have built and are now supporting a well-coordinated QA and Senior testers team, whose members went through a strict selection process and after that did an on-site customer’s business processes training. Our QA team is engaged into the full cycle of the software development and testing utilizing Agile methods: gathering software requirements, helping to adjust user stories, using all types of testing, providing post-production support.
